KASURI
METHI -MALAI PANEER

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Mustard Oil | 1 tbsp |
Ginger | 1 inch (Finely Chopped) |
Garlic | 5-6 cloves (Finely chopped) |
Onion | 1 Medium size (Finely chopped) |
Tomato Puree | 3 medium size , blended in mixer |
Turmeric Powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Coriander Powder | 1 tsp |
Red Chilli Powder | 1 tsp |
Garam Masala ( All Spice Powder) | 1 tsp |
Paneer(Cottage Cheese) | 250 gms( Cut in cubes) |
Milk | 1/2 Cup |
Fresh Malai(or Cream) | 1/2 Cup |
Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri Methi) | 1 tbsp |
STEPS TO SUPER DELICIOUS KASURI METHI -MALAI PANEER
- Take a Kadhi , add 1 tbsp mustard oil in it.
- In the smoking hot oil , add garlic and ginger, Keep sauteing.
- As they change color to golden brown, add chopped onion.
- Saute a little, now add all the spices ( salt+turmeric powder+coriander powder + Red chilli powder
+ all spice powder )- Quickly add tomato puree.
- Cook for 2 min, now add fresh malai( or cream) to the kadhai.
- Saute a little, add Paneer cubes and suger in it.
- Dilute the curry using Milk, little water can be added if required.
- Add Fenugreek leaves, just crush them between palms before adding.
- Cook for 5 min.
