VEGETABLES IN WHITE SAUCE

Paneer(Cottage Cheese) |

STEPS TO YUMMY BAKED
VEGETABLES IN WHITE SAUCE
- Heat the oil, add ginger and garlic into it.
- As it turns brown , Add all the diced vegetables and paneer cubes.
- Add salt and pepper into it. Keep these veggies aside.
- For making white sauce : Heat 1tbsp butter in the pan.
- Add Refined flour(Maida) into it. Saute a little.
- Add milk in the same pan. Whisk continuously so that there would not be any lumps in it.
- Add salt , pepper and sugar in it. ( keep in mind that we have added salt in vegetables also)
- In a baking dish, layer the saute vegetables.
- Pour creamy white sauce on the vegetables.
- Grate processed cheese as a top layer.
- Bake for 12 mins at 180°C . And here you go, indulge yourself in the pure sin.
