STEPS
TO DELICIOUS CARROT CINNAMON CUP CAKES
- Mix condensed milk and oil together . Use hand/electric beater to form a smooth paste.
- In a separate bowl sieve all purpose flour + baking powder + baking soda + cinnamon powder + salt. Repeat it for 4 -5 times. It will help to add air in the flour.
- Grate the carrots and squeeze out excess juice.
- Add Dry Ingredients and wet ingredients together. Give a gentle mix, add carrots and Resins also.
- Adjust the consistency using milk. It should be little thicker than cake mix.
- Pour the mix in the cup cake molds. Add chopped almonds on the top to garnish.
- Pre - heat the oven at 180 °C .
- Bake for 15 min.
- Check by pricking a tooth pick in a cup cake. If it comes clean, they are done. Else bake for another 5 min.Depending upon quantity ,time may vary. Ideal time is in between 15-20 min. If you want to bake same batter as a cake it will take 35-40 min.
